AN INQUIRY FROM PETFINDER IS NOT AN APPLICATION! READ THE ENTIRE POST FOR INFORMATION HOW TO APPLY. Meet Wallie! Wallie is a 4 year old male maltese/yorkie mix and he weighs about 10 pounds. Wallie arrived in rescue after living in a home with too many dogs that could not properly care for him. He has settled into foster care well and is ready to find his forever family! His foster dad says: Wallie is so sweet and loving and loves to be with you. He’s playful and gets along with other dogs of all sizes. He is crate trained but really isn’t to fond of it and definitely lets you know when he’s had enough of it. Wallie is working on his housebreaking and I just usually ask if he wants to go out. He knows the leash but needs additional training for walking. He does enjoy exploring the fenced back yard with me and the other pups. Wallie is nervous around fast movements and sudden noises and therefore probably shouldn’t be around small children. Wallie would do well with a family with older children or he’d be happy being spoiled by a family that wants a lap dog companion. Wallie is neutered, up to date on vaccines, heartworm negative, microchipped and has had his teeth cleaned! Wallie is fostered in the Orlando area and his adoption donation is $375.
