Wallace is a male, 16 lb., tricolor Shih Tzu. His estimated date of birth is July 22, 2023. Meet Wallace! Isn’t he dreamy? Wallace has the toothiest grin! He came to ARF as a stray unclaimed from another rescue that did not have a foster for him. Wallace is a wonderful dog that will fit in to most families. He is friendly with other dogs and does not seem to mind a crate. He has a $250.00 adoption fee.
