Waldo

Hi, my name is Waldo. I am a two year old westie mix (maybe a little spitz along with that westie). I was rescued from a shelter just hours before being put to sleep. Whew! was I glad! I am the perfect gentleman and would love a family to take care of. I don't jump, chew or do any of those bad doggie things. I am very polite. I love to sit with my family but keep my little paws on the floor until invited to sit on the couch. I don't do accidents in the house and I am very neat and tidy. I get very attached quite easily and just want someone to love me. I need to be close to my family and I don't like being left alone. I do like other dogs and I just ignore those pesky cats. I don't bark or run through the house unless of course my foster mom comes home. I would be the perfect dog for an older person or for a family where someone is home. I am very loving and just want to be near people who love me. My foster Mom says that I am way too thin and that I need some meat on my bones other than that I am fit as a fiddle. I have been neutered, heartworm tested, checked for parasites, and had all my shots.

Oklahoma Westie Rescue will only adopt to applicants who reside within the following states: OK, AR, MO, KS and TX. If you live outside these areas OR if you have children under the age of 10, please do not apply for this dog.
