Please email the completed application to [email protected] Waffle is over a year old. He's playful and affectionate. Loves his humans and his fur foster family. He can be a bit shy when meeting new people and dogs so slow intros are required but once he is properly introduced he's playful and affectionate. He's crate trained and potty trained. He's a big snuggle bug who loves a good all over scratch. He's a local rescue who came from an undesirable backyard breeding situation where he wasn't being properly cared for. Both parents were said to be Rottweilers. Home owner's insurance coverage for breed is required along with Rottweiler breed experience. Another dog in the home is also required. An adopters routine and home environment are likely going to be different than that in their foster home. Sometimes there is more that comes out about a dog's personality once they have been able to settle in a home and truly become comfortable. There are great articles out there written about the different stages a pet goes through after adoption, discussing transitions that happen at 3 days, 3 weeks, and 3 months. We highly recommend reading about this - it will help you understand the transition your new pet goes through.
