Wade

Wade is a handsome 5-year old male Husky/German Shepherd mix who was brought to the HSOV on July 31, 2024 by the Washington County Ohio Dog Warden who picked him up on Eddy Ridge Road in the New Matamoras Ohio area. Wade was not wearing a collar, and he was no microchipped. Wade has a light brown-and-cream short smooth coat, a long bushy tail, and an adorable face with a cream-colored mark, dark brown eyes, a black button nose on his slender muzzle, and extra-large ears that he holds erect which he chooses to do so. This sweet guy has a fun-loving, outgoing personality and was in the height of his glory when HSOV Kennel Tech Hannah Mcclain accompanied him for outdoor photos later in the afternoon on the day he arrived. Wade was full of playful energy and was ready for fun-and-game with Hannah in spite of the hot, humid weather, and he always a happy 'smile' on his beautiful face. Wade does not appear to accept cats into his circle of friends. Wade weighs 57 lbs and is rather energetic on the other end of a leash. In compliance with the Ohio Revised Code, Wade will be held for three days so that his family will have an opportunity to reclaim him with proof of ownership.
