"Hi. My name is Vixen. I am an adorable 3 month old German Shepherd/Mastiff mix that is about 23 lbs. I am a good girl and I love attention which I get but I can't get enough. I surprised my foster mom by already being crate-trained when she began fostering me. I am good with house-training but I do have a few accidents if I go too long between potty breaks. I sleep through the night and also when my foster mom is at work. My foster mom is teaching me to touch bells on a door knob to let her know that I need to go out. I haven't caught on yet. She has taught me "potty", "poo" and "sit". I am also working on "stay", "back", "down" (lay down) and depending on how quickly I learn them I will be taught more. I like to play with my foster mom's boxer mix and min pin. After about 20 minutes of play, I need to take a nap. They wear me out. I would love to have a forever home. Will it be with you?"

Adoption fees for all dogs/puppies include the spay/neuter, micro-chipping, worming, heartworm testing and preventative treatment, frontline/biospot, and all age appropriate vaccinations. Our adoption process requires the submission of an application. At this time it is necessary to send a request for an application. Upon receipt of the completed application, we will process the application including contact with your veterinarian and complete a home visit. Please be sure to include the contact information for your vet as we will call. If your vet requires an information release, please be sure to contact them as soon as you submit your application. We are a group of volunteers who all work other jobs, so please be patient and allow a few days for our response.
