Vinny is a Chow mix with an amazing personality. Poor guy was found tied up outside of the shelter in the early morning. When we found him he was very upset, but can you blame him? Vinny is starting to come around and realize that not all people are bad. He is adorable!! Vinny looks like a big version of benji. Since Vinny's history is unknown, we would prefer that he be adopted to someone who has experience with the Chow breed. Vinny seems to like other dogs but has not been around cats or children.
