Meet Shamus, a german shephard mix.
His owner died in March 2009 and he has been at the Scituate Shelter ever since.
He is a 10 year old, sweet boy who is very friendly with people, but he does NOT like other dogs.
He really enjoys spending his days outdoors, so a home with a fenced in yard would be great.
He lived with cats and a child previously.
Shamus is neutered and current on vaccines. He does require an inexpensive pill daily for hypothyroid.
There will be NO fee to the right home.
CONSIDER SAVING SHAMUS !!
Living in a kennel for the rest of your life is not a humane alternative :-(
