His beautiful gold coat is only matched by his friendly nature. Inside the house, Tywin is the epitome of perfection-well-behaved, not food aggressive, and skilled in tricks like sitting, shaking, and lying down. One of his quirks? An absolute fascination with squirrels that adds a playful touch to his personality. Tywin, a stray turned sweetheart, is ready to bring job and warmth to his forever home.
Augusta Dog Adoptions is an all- volunteer, foster- based rescue. We take applications online and are scheduling individual adoptions in the Waynesboro, VA area during the pandemic. A $175.00 adoption fee ($300 for puppies under 6 months old) helps us take care of all the dogs we rescue. All dogs are spayed/neutered, tested for heartworm and tick borne diseases (if old enough), microchipped, and vaccinated for rabies (if old enough), distemper/parvo and bordetella. They are also treated for internal and external parasites. Many dogs also receive extensive medical care such as dental work and major surgeries.
