He enjoys off leash doggy playgroups and is house/leash and crate trained. Tyson is a people pleaser and readily and easily accepts corrections. A round of positive reinforcement training classes would be beneficial to Tyson for him to get a refresher course on his basic commands. Tyson would do well in a home with another dog and would love a house-mate with a similar energy level. Because he is so beefy and exuberant respectful older children are advised. It would appear he would do well in a home with small pets, as he has shown no interest in the cats at the shelter. He is a tender, sweet boy who likely wasn't properly schooled as a youngster. All he needs is a little training and lots of love and he will be the best boy ever! Tyson was adopted in February and was picked up running on a road in late June. He was released back to his adopter and brought back in as a stray in July. The irresponsible adopters did not come back for him – which is a good thing.
