Meet Tyler I'm Tyler, a beautiful Treeing Walker Coonhound and Boxer mix with a gorgeous smile! I'm about 4 years old, and I came to the Humane Society as a stray. I'm a heartworm warrior who successfully defeated this terrible disease. I'm a good-size boy, around 80 pounds. I love being outdoors on adventures - I'm an enthusiastic trail walker, employing my hound skills to sniff and sniff and sniff all the new smells. I do great on a leash and I'm a well-mannered car rider! I'm also a bit of a gentle giant and would love to curl up on your lap for snuggles. I'm a strong pup and I need a dog-savvy adopter who can help me manage my energy and size. At the rescue I've done well with other dogs who match my size and play style. I'm very smart and I learn quickly. A family that wants to continue my training with me would be awesome! I've been at the rescue nearly 2 years now and am ready to find my people.
