Twinkle is a very sweet little stray who has not been claimed by her owner. She was obviously cared for and came in with painted nails and an interesting hairdo, but alas, we can not find anyone to claim her as their own. She is estimated to be around 3 years old, she is right around ten pounds, and is very shy. She would need to go to a quiet home where she can regain her confidence and get settled permanently. She's adorable with tan wirey fur and a long dachshund body. She ok with other dogs and cats but would benefit from a home without small children or lots of commotion.
