Turnip is one of a litter of puppies we have named the Sprouts. The Sprouts are growing like little weeds, and look for all the world like Lab puppies, although we know that they are mixed. There are 3 girls and 2 boys, and none of them is expected to exceed 55 pounds at the top limit.
They are loving, happy and expectant little pups who exult in themselves, crooning voices, and warmed puppy chow. They are indulged by their mother, a patient and very loving brown mutt named Elsa, and when they are not nursing, wrestling, or hurtling about, they are asleep either curled around one another, or, when they become too warm, on their backs with their round bellies up and legs akimbo.
The Sprouts love to be held and offer kisses eagerly. When they need to go outside they have learned to lift their little heads straight up and raise a lusty chorus of singing that is funny and deafening.
Turnip is a female, and also a creamy golden color like her brother Oatmeal. She can untie a shoelace at the speed of light. Turnip is extremely loving, and seems to be alternating in a career choice between instigator and arbitrator. Clearly she will always be capable of total self-employment.
