OTAT requires that all dogs 6 months and under be enrolled in a positive reinforcement training program within 2 weeks of their adoption at their adopter's expense.
Scooter's adoption fee is $350. He is neutered, up to date on core vaccines appropriate for his age, and microchipped. He will need a heartworm test at 6-7 months of age, at the adopter's expense.
