Say hello to Turbo Snub! This sweet 3 year-old, 52 pound, Husky is eager to meet his forever family and love them like no other! If you are looking for a ride or die best friend who will gladly join you for a spontaneous road trip, this is your guy. While Turbo Snub has had a bit of a rocky start to his life, he has come a very long way since meeting us at Pet Haven. His ideal forever home will be one that is patient with him when he is a bit wary of new situations. Once Turbo Snub has gotten some practice and familiarizes himself, there is nothing that can stand in his way! As Turbo Snub has gotten to know his foster family better, he is eager to take direction and never turns down a belly rub! Despite his initial apprehension of new places and people, he took no time warming up to the other dog living in his foster home. He gets very excited to play with other dogs and is a good sport. Turbo Snub also has experience sharing his space with cats and has done well. He would not protest if his forever home had other furry friends to spend his time with! As far as kids go, Turbo Snub does not have a lot of experience being around them. However, his calm and easy-going demeanor tells us that there is potential for him to do well around children with controlled introductions. If Turbo Snub had it his way, he would be the center of your world 24/7. But when that is not possible, he does not protest being in his crate and does well when home alone. Although he may let out the occasional howl at the beginning of crate time, he may be a good candidate for a home with shared walls. Turbo Snub is also fully house trained and has adapted well to his new routine in his foster home. Turbo Snub is ready to meet his forever home! With consistent structure and love he is sure to continue to grow into the best pup he is destined to be. Adoption fee includes spay/neuter, heartworm/Lyme test, all age-appropriate vaccinations (distemper, rabies, and Bordetella), heartworm and flea/tick preventatives, and microchip implant (including registration). Adoption fees INCLUDE a mandatory sales tax of 7.525%. Age and breed are based on veterinarian and intake professional’s recommendation and not guaranteed as a rescue animal’s history is often unknown. Due to post-adoption services provided, we prefer to adopt within a 150-mile radius of the Twin Cities. However, we will consider up to 250 miles if the foster agrees to travel requirements and staff approval.
