TALL TAME TRUSTWORTHY TERRIFIC TUK or Tucker as his foster parents call him, lost his home and ended up as a stray! Tuk may be between 8 -10 years old but to look at him and watch him play you would guess he is much younger! Please note that Tuk is TALLER than a typical labrador and is closer to the height of smaller great dane - he checks in at 92 pounds of love! The vet said he's in good shape for a mature dog. He is so well trained he must have come from a very loving home originally. He understands all commands and listens very well. He loves to play “Gimme the ball” in the backyard. The closer you get to his ball, the more excited he gets, then when you are really close he takes off with the ball and runs around like it’s the greatest game in the world. He absolutely loves to go for walks, he is good on a leash. He is calm and relaxed in the home and loves to snuggle in his bed while his foster family watches TV in the evening! He has the run of the house during the day when his people are at work and has never gotten into any trouble. He gets along well with his foster sister Frankie the Cat. He is very energetic outside the home and very relaxed inside. He rides well in the car also! He is beautiful inside and out. Tuk is neutered, fully vetted, and is house trained. This is a great dog. His foster mom says he will make anyone lucky enough to adopt him very, very happy! All his blood work has come back with good results.
