This is Tucker an eight month old Bassett/Australian Shepherd cross that was rescued from the Idaho Falls shelter. The family that adopted him from the shelter has a five year old son who was very excited about their new puppy. They soon discovered that Tucker is deaf which makes it difficult for them as they are nervous that he will get out on the busy road and he can’t hear them call him back. Due to this they have decided that he should go to a new home that is better equipped to handle and work with a deaf dog. Tucker is very handsome with one blue eye and one dark eye and because he is still a pup he does have a lot of energy and it would be good if he went to a family with other your dogs to play with or someone that runs or is very active.
