Trudy

10/12 update - It turns out that Trudy is only 5 or 6 months old so she has most of her size but will grow a little. Now that her neck has healed and she's recovered from her spay, her puppy energy is really coming out. She is smart and wants to please but does need a family that will let her use her abundant energy in a good way. Trudy just came into foster care. She was an owner surrender at animal control but her family couldn't tell them her name - they just called her dog. They also couldn't tell them how old she is or how long they have had her, but they did call her a puppy so we're guessing somewhere around a year. She was turned in with a neck wound from being tangled on a tie out. She is scheduled to be vetted next week. She is a very friendly pup with will jump into your arms at the slightest invitation and tries to hug. Not yet ready to adopt? All of our dogs are fostered in our homes so we know their temperaments. They are spayed or neutered, up to date on shots, de-wormed, heartworm tested (and treated if necessary), and on flea and heartworm prevention, and microchipped.
