TREY is an absolutely adorable little beagle boy looking for a home. Trey is about 1 year old and fully grown at just 22 pounds. He's a wonderful little guy, good with people of all ages, cats and other dogs. He loves to play and cuddle. He's housebroken and crate trained. Trey is best suited to a home where he will have a doggie playmate. He needs a home with a secure physically-fenced yard to keep him from following his beagle nose into trouble. If you'd like to meet Trey, please fill out a dog adoption application at dreamhouserescue.org. We are happy to arrange a private meet with an approved adopter. You can meet Trey at our weekly adoption event, Saturday noon-2 at PetSmart Eastgate.
All of our fully-vetted adoptable dogs go to prospective homes for a one-week trial period to make sure the dog and home are the right fit before an adoption is finalized. We only adopt dogs into homes where all current pets are spayed/neutered and current on vaccines and heartworm and flea and tick prevention. We do check veterinary references to make sure adopters are compliant with standard veterinary care. Our adoption fee covers the dog’s veterinary care, including spay/neuter surgery, vaccines, microchip, deworming, flea and tick prevention, heartworm prevention and any other needed veterinary care. A deposit is required to take a dog home for a trial period. The deposit will be applied to the dog’s final adoption fee.
