Toto is a sweet boy. He was rescued from ACS and was covered in mats and knots in his beautiful hair. After a good haircut, he was feeling much better and was as frisky as a puppy. He was very territorial before getting neutered, but is now fairly calm and social. He loves sitting on laps, and roughhousing with adults who know how to handle him gently.
