Hi, my name is Topher and I was rescued by the Mercy Fund. I was born on 12/24/06 and I don't know what kind of dog I am; all I know is my mom is about knee high and 50lbs. I'm a black and white. I'm very cute, like a little milk cow (so they tell me). I also have a sister who looks so much like me- Iona- she's online too.
If I had a theme song it would be "All We Need is Love" by the Beatles. I've got the biggest heart and ain't afraid to use it! I smile and give kisses every chance I get. I'd like to become the spokesperson for human/animal relations when I grow up. I know I could get the job done!
