Tomi is a 2 year old chihuahua that was surrendered to a shelter after being hit by a car. Tomi is permanently paralyzed and incontinent as a result. He is completely down in backend, but gets around great. Great with other dogs, great for diaper changes, loves people and loves to snuggle. Due to fragility of paralyzed dogs when picked up (or dropped) and their inability to get away quickly, kids under the age of 6 not preferred for this dogs future adopters.
**All dogs are spayed/neutered, microchipped, up to date on vaccines, and on prevention for heartworms, fleas, and ticks. Dentals are also done if necessary.
