What a wonderful boy!!! Toby Tyler is a 25 lb. black and white Lhasa Apso with an unbelieveable personality. He is good with people, dogs and cats.
Toby is happy, affectionate and housebroken. He is a special needs dog with poor vision (due to glaucoma) in one eye. Toby is 9 years old and needs a home where he will be loved and taken care of.
Toby is ok with a couple of steps but cannot do a long flight of steps due to an old injury.)
