Hi, I’m Toby! I’m a clumber spaniel/cocker spaniel mix who lost my way and wound up in that downstate shelter. My time was nearly up when a nice lady saw the good in me and called Young at Heart. Some great volunteers tag-teamed to drive me north to Chicago and here I am! I am about 5 years old so I am past the puppy rambunctiousness but I still have a lot of play in me. I love my stuffed toys, love my foster home and foster canine brothers and sisters, and love people. I am housebroken and I know basic commands. I am a really good dog! Young at Heart had the nice veterinarian give me a good looking over and everything came back fine except for a little bit of dry eyes, for which I can take eye drops. Even my blood work was great! I am healthy and happy and looking forward to being part of your family. As soon as I go to the doggie dentist for a basic cleaning, I will be ready to join your family! We will be so happy together! Please call young at Heart and ask to meet me! We will both be so glad you did!
