4 - 5 year old Tipsy is a BIG girl - with a BIG heart. She was turned into a shelter by her previous owners because she liked to "herd" the cars and trucks in the neighborhood. Due to Tipsy's size, we would prefer families with children over 10. She is a big sweetheart who would love to find that special place to call her own - and soon.
