Tippy is a sweet boy, with lots of happy energy. While he stayed at the vet;s office to be neutered, they couldn't stop talking about what a nice dog he is. He travels calmly in a car, and seems fine with most other dogs. He was abandoned and the person who rescued and is fostering him does not have children or cats, so we do not know much about how he does with them, although at an adoption event at Petco, he was fine with the children who came by. Tippy stays outdoors at his current location, so we do not know if he is housetrained.
