Tippy is one of four surviving pups found at an abandoned home on February 26, 2010. The rescuer was patient with the mother dog and with some coaxing, she led the person to the four surviving puppies.
The mother dog was a Chocolate Lab and very emaciated when found. She was taken to a vet for care, but could not be saved; she gave her life saving her puppies.
Tippy has a white stripe on her nose and some white on her legs. Her markings indicate she may also have some border collie in the mix. Her DOB is 2-4-10. Tippy is well adjusted and doing well, especially considering her rough start in life. She loves attention and will fall asleep in your arms if you let her.
All four puppies will be ready for adoption on April 28, 2010.
