ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS! Born: 11/04/2007, will be spayed prior to adoption Happy Howl-i-days! I am Tinsel, one of the Holiday Hounds. Tinsel originated in Germany & was made out of shredded silver. I, on the other hand, hail from the Midwest & am a beautiful velvety black! Unlike the silver tinsel that can be wrapped around lampposts, the only thing I will wrap around is your heart because I am so darn cute & cuddly! Did you also know that the word tinsel means ‘sparkle’? Just like the sparkle I have in my eyes for you. All I need is your love and in return I promise to be your best friend for the rest of my life . We (notice I say we) do have to learn some things first like pottying outside (ok, you can still use the indoors) & not chewing on certain things (like human body parts). But once we conquer that, we can enjoy the rest of our happy lives together. Doesn’t that sound like fun? My mom, Holly, is a 15” purebred tri-colored beagle. As for my Dad, he didn’t hang around for me to meet him so I don’t know what canine breed he is. I may grow up to be a little bigger than my Mom but that just means more for you to love! Remember that owning a puppy is a full time commitment and you must have the time to commit to a dog who will be with you for 12-17 years. Beagle puppies are cute - but they are very challenging. Puppies may eat your apartment (no refund of security deposit); people who are gone for more than 5 hours at a time will need to make dog walker, neighbor or doggie daycare arrangements; and for families with very small children, puppies will chew toys, shoes, blankets and hands, feet and other important parts of your child's anatomy
