And now, a few words from me:
After a long time in a puppy mill, I've finally arrived to the life I deserve!
I love patient, gentle attention, and soft talking. I am quiet most of the time, but will occasionally do a soft, funny kind of howl in the mornings, when I'm thinking about breakfast!
I was in a cage for many years, so didn't need to know how to be house-trained, but boy, am I a quick learner! As long as you give me lots of chances to go outside, and if you walk patiently around the yard with me, I have quickly learned that it's better to do my business outside. I love learning from other dogs, too!
I feel safe and peaceful in a crate when you're not home, and when you are home, I love to walk around the house. I've really never cuddled before, but I kind of like it! I was very nervous as first, but I now know that cuddling gives me a nice, warm feeling, and I actually will rest my head down on your arm when you cuddle me!
Last but not least, I love food! You could offer me human food treats, but I actually really like my nice bowl of dogfood for breakfast and dinner!
I'm not hard to please. I'll be a quiet, mature addition to your family. I am looking to forget all my previous years of a hard life, and am excited about living a relaxed life with lots of love!
And now, a few words from my foster parents:
Timmy has come around leaps and bounds in just one week of us fostering him!
He is very curious about life, and although very timid at first, we can see that he is starting to trust people.
His favourite activities are: learning that he can wag his tail and feel happy, watching and following the other dogs around, eating, walking through the house and trying to master climbing the stairs, and being cozy and sleeping!
Although a mature fellow, he is spunky, and is often mistaken by strangers as being a puppy! He trots around like he has a certain wonder and excitement about life!
He is a true pleasure to take care of while he awaits his forever family!
