Timber is an approx 5 yr old Rottie girl weighing 90 lbs we rescued in MA. Her owner had abandoned her by the side of a road with a bowl of food, which had frozen when she was found. She is a very sweet girl and will make someone a wonderful pet. Timber is described as a girl who loves to be with her people. Loves to go for car rides and play catch with balls & treats as well as playing with her squeaky toys. She is house/crate trained and knows the commands sit, stay, down, leave it and go. She isn't good with cats and should be homed either as an only dog or with a male dog as a companion. She has been around children as young as 3 & as old as 8 and does well but we would prefer a family with children no younger than 6 due to her size. She is just a great girl and if it weren't for her foster mom having 5 cats she would keep her for herself. Her adoption fee is $150

We are a network of foster homes in the South and the New England area. THERE IS NO SPECIFIC SHELTER LOCATION. If you wish to meet our dogs, you must first be approved by going through our application and screening process.
Forever Home Rescue suggests obedience training for all puppies and dogs. All dogs are up to date on their shots, dewormed and spayed or neutered. Vet fees, transport fee and New England quarantine fees ARE INCLUDED in each dog's adoption fee. Also, any dogs older than pups--even if they are not marked housetrained in their posting---usually housetrain within a day or two, because most are used to living outside in the south and will prefer to "do their business" outdoors.
