The sweetest gal, Tilly is ready to make someone smile!
Tilly is ready for her forever home. She was rescued not too long ago by BARC CT from a home in CT where she couldn’t stay through no fault of her own.
She had absolutely no where to go and needed vet care. We got her everything and so happy to discover she’s perfectly healthy and her appearance is simply due to lack of care and perhaps stress. But Tilly is thriving now!
