Tigger is a 7-month-old, 22-pound Terrier mix puppy. He and his brother Pooh were strays. These handsome boys are loving and playful. They've done very well in their southern foster home where they enjoy playing together and with the other foster dogs. Love and attention from their people and other dogs makes their day. Can you give Tigger his forever home?
