**Update** (5/30) It is a sad day for us as Thor passed away earlier today. We were lucky enough to have him in our lives, and he will never be forgotten. Thor reminded me every day of why I got into rescue. He was so happy and content here. Thor learned to trust us and allowed us to try to make up for his years of neglect. Thor will be so missed. (1/5) Thor is doing well here at Angels Among Us. He is happy and content. Thanks to everyone who has donated towards Thor's ongoing medical needs. Thor was rescued from a high kill pound and will live out his remaining days with us at Angels Among Us Animal Sanctuary. It took him several weeks to accept affection from us, but now he is my "velcro" dog. He now understands that there are humans that are kind. I think he is trying to make up for years of having no affection. Thor is approximately 14 years old and heartworm positive. He will have a wonderful life here at Angels Among Us.
