Tempest and siblings were found as 2.5 week old puppies living in a ditch with their feral mama in a rural town we help. There was a hurricane coming to the area, and we knew they wouldn’t survive the flooding. One of our kind fosters picked them up and she’s kept them safe and healthy. Now, Tempest and siblings are old enough to find forever families of their own.
Tempest has done great with the small, medium and large dogs in the foster home. Tempest is also being fostered with children as young as five. Tempest likes to play with any type of puppy toys and loves to be held.
Tempest is crate trained and puppy pad trained. We think dad is Australian Cattle Dog, and mom is a wire haired terrier/chihuahua mix around 20 pounds. Tempest weighs 5 pounds. Age: 9 weeks old. Estimated adult size: medium.
Tempest has been vaccinated twice for DHPP, bordetella vaccinated, microchipped and is current on flea/tick and heart worm prevention.
