Luck was with us the day that my sister, Lizzie, and I were rescued from the desert east of Interstate 19. When we arrived at TALGV, we were so full of those nasty bits that you get from wandering out there that the volunteers had to give us immediate baths and combing to rid us of all the detritus that we’d accumulated in our paws and coats. Suffice it to say, now that we’ve been spiffed up (and fed and ooh-ed and aah-ed over) we are two of the cutest little critters you’ve ever seen. I’m a tawny little girl (about 3 months old and 14 pounds) who has a gorgeous mask on my face that hints of maybe some Saluki or Husky in my genes (along with some shepherd). I’m one of the sweetest, happiest, most easy-going puppies you’ll ever meet, so those traits, combined with my shepherd smarts, will make me a cinch to train if you have the time to spend on my education.
