This ADORABLE little girl was born on 1/31/2008 along with her 5 siblings to Martha (who is also listed here and has an amazing story - maybe you could give her a home??)
Tasha is local in New England being fostered in Rhode Island - her foster mom adores her. She is a well behaved little pup who is very "puppyish" but is learnign her house training and manners VERY quickly. SHe'd be great for any home including one with children who know that puppies jump and play bite - this dog will need some training in that regard but they all do.
Tasha's donation is $350 which covers her vet care and includes her transportation up to New England. She is NOT spayed as yet - our vets and the feeling of the membrs of PAWS is that 6 months is the earliest a dog should be altered. Information on a free spay/neuter clinic at the Tufts Veterinary school is available.
Paws New England is not shelter but a rescue and thus is not funded by any city or state organization - we rely solely on the donations of our adopters to help defray the costs associated with saving these precious lives. Unless otherwise stated, all of our dogs are being boarded at a vet clinic located in Tennessee. If a dog is "local", that means he or she is at one of our foster homes in New England.
