Tank-adopted!

Tank will be living in Madison SD! The puppies, dogs and kittens will be at Pamida on May 26th from 9am-1pm to be seen. Stop out and meet these cuties! Applications for adoption are being accepted now and at the Pamida event. See you at Pamida!

Here is one of Marlie's babies. Tank is a sweet little boy , a little bit bigger than the rest and has longer and softer fur. He is a watcher- he watches his brothers and sisters play and investigate and is happy to just watch. This litter of puppies have been socialized extensively- they have visited preschools,ECCO, Meet and Greet events and are in foster care with other dogs and cats. We are unsure of the breed mix of the pups and are not sure how big they will get- our guess is about 50 pounds; just a guess though! ALL of these puppies will be spayed and neutered at 8 weeks or before they leave for new homes.<

Tank is neutered, utd shots, kennel cough vaccinated, wormed. His adoption donation is $150. We require an adoption application, references, adoption contract and home visit. We only adopt to families in SD, MN, NE, ND, IA.

Important things to know before you contact us:

If you are out of state, it does take time to process your application and find a home visitor from another rescue to do your visit. Please be SERIOUS about adopting a dog from our rescue before submitting an application.

The application is the first step. After we receive and approve a completed application, we will schedule a home visit.

Almost Home is run from foster homes. We have no facility for the public to come in and view pets.

We do not ship our dogs.
