$100.00 Adoption Fee includes Distemper vaccination, Bordetella vaccination, deworming, microchip and ID tag. Dogs and puppies (if old enough) will also receive Rabies vaccination and be blood tested for Heartworm/Lymes/Anaplasmosis/Erlichiosis. If we have been able to spay/neuter the pet, it is also included in the adoption fee. If not done, the adoptive person is responsible for the cost of spaying/neutering by the date designated in our contract. You can apply for me online!

My Story: Hello! My name is Tamlyn. I am a great little puppy! I'm a female and am 8 weeks old (estimate DOB 5/23/10). My Mom was a mix of Sheltie, Border Collie and Blue Heeler, but nobody knows who my dad was. Sadly, I came to the Shelter after my Mom had been hit by a car. She didn't make it, and our previous owner just didn't know what to do with so many puppies.

I have a short-haired coat that's black and white with some speckles mixed in. I think I'm quite pretty! I'm a very sweet little puppy with a nice personality. I'm very friendly and do well with everybody I meet. I get along fine with children and other animals. There are seven of us in the family still looking for new homes:

Tabitha, female, 8.3#, Black with white on chin and chest, speckled toes

That way your application can be reviewed and approved before you even come to the Shelter. CCHS is a wonderful No-Kill animal shelter. We rely on donations and volunteers to keep running.
