Taco was wearing a rhinestone collar when he was dumped at the shelter! He was terrified inside the shelter but responded with affection immediately when rescued! This poor baby just wants someone to love him as much as he loves people! Taco is a purebred, good-natured chi who is just a little timid (as most chi's are). Once he no longer feels threatened, he is playful and happy with lots of kisses! Taco is not a finicky eater, gets along with the other dogs and cats, and loves to cuddle!
