Suzie

Meet Suzie! Suzie is the sweetest 3 year old boxer we rescued back in May. She is now ready for her forever home! She has a great disposition and has a lot of the typical boxer qualities. Suzie is house and crate trained! She loves all people and her previous foster home she was with younger kids. She knows sit and stay very well and loves car rides! Suzie is looking for a patient home. She does need to be fed separately per her previous foster home. But she is extremely gentle with all people and kids when taking treats from your hands. She is also excellent in the house and does not chew on anything, counter surf or try to get into trash, she is very well behaved! Suzie is now with another foster because the previous fosters dogs got let out accidentally and one of them attacked Suzie. She had been great with 3 of the 4 and since this happened she can be nervous around other dogs. We think this will subside as she gains her confidence back and she does play with other dogs at her new foster home. She can certainly be adopted to a home with another dog but a submissive, laid back dog would be best. Suzie is fully vetted- up to date on all shots, spayed and microchipped. She is heartworm negative. She is current on monthly flea, tick and heartworm prevention. She is available locally for meet and greets. She can also be adopted out of state to approved adopters- a transport fee would apply in addition to her adoption fee.
