Sunny

Adopt Sunny At 7 months old, Sunny is very mature for his age. He is crate trained, potty trained, walks very politely on a leash, and is wonderful on car rides. Teach him something once and he's nearly got it down. He is an absolute GENIUS!! He watches the world, other dogs, and people closely to figure out how things work. He learns quickly and enjoys learning through positive reinforcement. While he is mature, he still has long lasting puppy energy and playfulness. He does best with regular enrichment and exercise and prefers a routine as much as possible. Sunny is currently thriving in his foster home, he's good with cats, and lives with a very tiny Chihuahua. He has a foster brother who he plays with endlessly (who is also available for adoption) but does well taking breaks when needed. Sunny's play style may vary from dog to dog but is best described as chase with gentle wrestle. He's had a difficult path through life when he found himself and his siblings in an overcrowded shelter at only 4 months old. Sunny and his siblings appeared under socialized to people when coming into rescue and required a little patience as they learned the good humans have to offer. Sunny is still learning to enjoy pets and touch but does enjoy being around his humans as much as possible. He will require a very patient and experienced adopter. Because Sunny is still unsure of the world around him, he finds confidence and comfort through other dogs, because of this, he will require another playful dog sibling. Sunny is currently in training to further his socialization and is excelling. If you are looking for a regular hiking friend, potential running buddy, and a dog that will be hopelessly devoted to the people he trusts, then adopt Sunny. He won't disappoint ! Sunny is neutered, vaccinated, and micro chipped. He is looking for forever home and he would thrive in your home sooner than later because he is so young and has lots of learning to do.
