This is Suki, a sweet little girl who is playful and energetic. Until we have a formal description of her, here's a note from her fosters: "We now have a grayish blur living in our household. Our most used word now is "no" !! Our most used phrases now are: Get down, drop that, don't eat that, don't pull on that, leave that alone, leave me alone, leave (pooch name) alone, etc !!"
" We brought Suki home last night at about 8:00pm. She is an absolute sweetie pie. Cute as a button. She bounced off the walls until I put her in her crate to go nighty nite ! Our pooches don't seem that interested in her but boy, is she interested in them. She's not afraid of anything. Into everything."
Suki was returned twice by the same people because she leaks a little bit. Because she was returned twice, she was slated for euthanasia. It turns out that the people who adopted her didn't even give her the antibiotics, finding it easier to drop her off at the shelter so she could be put down. We have her on a two-week course of antibiotics. She is already showing signs of improvement.
We all agree that Suki had a narrow escape, and we are sure that she is destined to find a home where she is treasured and where every day her adopters look at her and shake their head, marveling at Suki's close call, and at their luck in finding her.
