Sophie-adopted

Sophie is a white dog, weighing about 20 lbs. Her eyes are big and heart is bigger, and she really loves belly rubs. Sometimes, it looks like Sophie is crying but I just think it is because she is waiting for her forever home. She is short and long, she walks great on a leash and her tail is always wagging. Sophie is a great girl.

Sophie has an awesome personality. Her energy level is mild. Currently Sophie is residing in a busy home with an Akita and a cat, whom she gets along with great. Sophie knows basic commands and is really eager to please. I really like having Sophie around, I know you will love her. Give Sophie the chance she deserves, arrange for a meeting!

Definitions:

Pending - means that we are working through the adoption process with the 1st applicant. We usually don't add the pending until we are pretty sure the adoption will go through (like at the home visit stage)

On Trial or Trial Visit - means that the dog is in their new home for up to 2 weeks before the adopters need to commit to keeping the dog. We want to make sure that everyone is happy with the new living arrangements! We allow this option for everyone except very long distance adoptions (too far to drive).

Adopted - you know!! A happy ending for a homeless dog. We try to let everyone know when we have the final word. Within about 24 hours, the dog's bio will be moved to our happy tails section!
