Sophie

Sophie is one special girl. Sophie was rescued from the local animal control when her time was up. And we are sure glad we got to save her! Sophie is the picture of fabulous-her foster mom reports that she is as close to perfect as any girl can get. Sophie loves her humans, she just wants to be close to her foster mom, she's even won her place in bed already. Sophie is completely potty trained and dosen't need to be kenneled during the day as she steers clear of any bad behavior. Sophie is great around other dogs and cats, she currently lives with two cats and loves to go play at the dog park. Sophie's foster mom reports that she is the sweetest dog ever and just wants love and attention. The only place Sophie has some room to learn is with her leash training as she is so happy when she goes for walks that she wants to be the leader and walk you. Sophie must go to an indoor home only and also must have a fenced in yard. The adoption fee is on a sliding scale; $90 to $150. You decide the amount that is right for you to give. We have an all volunteer staff so your entire fee goes towards saving AWF's rescue animals. If your donation covers Sophie's medical costs, then the remainder of your donation will go towards helping save another homeless pet!
