Sonne

Born approximately August 5th 2022 Sonne is a playful male German Shepherd pup who LOVES other dogs large and small. He is good with cats as well as older children. Sonne was abandoned in sunnyside with his littermates and had no social skills when he was caught. He does well on car rides but needs consistent work on leash training and socializing with people. He wants to play and trust humans but he's not quite there yet. Once he bonds with you you'll have a best friend for life! Sonne is learning that chew toys are really fun as well as dog beds. He eats on a schedule with other dogs and listens very well to wait and let the other dogs finish. Sonne is potty trained and crate trained. Treats are a great motivation as he loves his food. He knows sit and will takes treats from your hand. A secure 6 ft fenced yard is a must. Sonne will be best in a home with another confident canine companion and a human(s) with patience to continue training. Children over age 8 would be ok or an adult only home.
