My Story

#A5636391 Snowball is an Alaskan Husky who came to the Baldwin Park Animal Care Center as a stray on 6/30/2024. This beautiful pup is having a hard time at the shelter because not only is it stressful, but he's bored! If you're an outdoorsy type who is seeking an adventure companion, look no further. Whether it's biking, hiking, running, or anything else fun and active - Snowball is a perfect match! 1 year old, 43 lbs Neutered male Gorgeous red and white Husky with a very nice coat - could use a spa day to look and feel his best Medium energy level Good on leash Shows signs of housebreaking Seems to be okay with other dogs Very shy in the chaotic, uncertain shelter environment but warms up with a little time Affectionate and gave kisses once he had a chance to warm up this handler If you take the time to nurture and love this boy, help him build his confidence and take him on fun adventures with you, we're sure you will have a loyal best friend for life! ------- United Hope for Animals (UHA) is a volunteer group and does not have a facility for animals. This pet is part of our Shelter Support Program at the Baldwin Park Shelter. For more information about the pet, the adoption process, or our program please contact the Volunteer Adoption Coordinator listed above. Because animals are adopted/rescued daily, please also check the United Hope for Animals Facebook page to see if an animal is still available OR call the Baldwin Park Shelter at 626-962-3577. When inquiring about an animal, please reference the animal's ID number. This will enable the volunteer or Baldwin Park employee to locate the status of the pet. Thank you for supporting rescue.
