I called the owner and learned his back ground. Smokey is about 4-5yrs old..he has been tied outside to a box his whole life. He was neglected and his skins, ears and eyes showed that. He has been neutered and all vetted..he is a very appreciated, sweet guy. Housetrained, good with all ages, dogs, cats etc. Smokey is a really great bot, looking for some well deserved Love.
