He’s so friendly with all the people and dogs in his foster home. He’s relaxed, happy, and cuddly. He seems to be doing well with potty training. He also kennels very well. Today he really loved spending time in his back yard. We would really like a fence for him as he was a stray and he seems a little leash shy. He was found as a stray from Boone county animal services and then transferred to us. No owner claimed him after his hold period. We will get all his vetting done asap then he’ll be ready for adoption. All dogs are brought current on their vaccinations up to the point of adoption. Parasite protection is also done with dewormings, flea/tick prevention application, and heartworm prevention. If old enough a heartworm test is done. The spay/neuter and microchip are included in the adoption fee. All our dogs go to their new homes with their collar/leash, dog bed, favorite toy(s), bowls, and some food to acclimate them. For the safety and convenience of our foster homes and their orphans, we will only consider applicants that are within a 100 mile adoption radius.
