My Story
Nants ingonyama bagithi Baba (Here comes a lion, Father) Sithi uhm ingonyama (Oh yes, it's a lion) -- The Lion King
You might think that I look a bit like a lion and for this reason I was named Simba Wole (Wole meaning "to come home") and I am looking for my furrr-ever home. I am 8 months old. I'm house, crate, and leash trained, so I'm all set for a life of adventure on Pride Rock. I'm a high-energy puppy with a big heart and an even bigger desire to be by your side. I get along famously with other dogs and kids, and I'm always up for some playtime in our kingdom. However, when it comes to cats, I can be a bit too rough, so a cat-free kingdom would be best for me. I dream of a family with other dogs, kids, and a spacious fenced yard where we can have our own Hakuna Matata moments. No apartments for me, please. I will need a family who is committed to my training, supervision, and unconditional love particularly during the first year. You see, once we're together, I'll be your loyal sidekick, following you everywhere. Whether it's a stroll through the savannah or just sitting at your feet in the Pride Lands – I mean, your backyard – I'm ready for this adventure with you.
**As a reminder, puppies will need lots of time and attention during the first year. Before adopting me, please make sure that you have enough time, energy and commitment to devote to my training. Puppies need a lot of care, so everyone in your household should be on board and ready to help out**
**Rescue One is unable to provide an exact prediction of how big or small your rescue puppy will become when full grown. Any approximation provided is no guarantee.**
