He absolutely loves to meet new people, he is dog-friendly, but he wants nothing more than to be with a human. Heck, he even likes to be carried rather than walk, because he gets to be close to you! He gets so excited when a human pays him attention, people mostly walk by him because he is a black dog and "too energetic" inside of the kennel.
